Monica Frost is
an attorney admitted to the Florida Bar in September 1993 with
over twenty-two years of experience in the practice of law. She
has practiced Marital and Family law exclusively for the last
twelve years.
Monica Frost, Esquire
Monica Frost earned a BS Degree from the University of
Florida in 1989 and her JD degree from the University of
Miami School of Law in 1993. She immediately embarked on
her career practicing law beginning in Fort Lauderdale,
and finally settling in the Tampa Bay area. Monica is a
prior Assistant State Attorney and Assistant Staff
Counsel for the Florida Bar. She is experienced at
handling all aspects of contested and uncontested family
matters including divorce, time-sharing, child support,
military divorce matters, domestic violence, paternity,
modifications and contempt.
Monica Frost is a firm believer in resolution through
family mediation, along with her positive assistance
through the sensitive and tough periods of family law
litigation. She is an advocate of fair and positive
outcomes for her clients.
Mrs. Frost has had special training in mediation, which
qualifies her as a Florida Supreme Court Certified
Family Mediator. She has also had training and
experience as a Guardian ad Litem.
